As a Management Analyst and Privacy Officer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, I apply advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations. I adapt existing analytical methods and techniques to specific issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex productivity problems. I have over 6 years of experience in these roles, and I hold an EdD in Organizational Leadership from Argosy, a BS in Health Information Management from Alabama State University, and multiple certifications in health information management and privacy and security.
